By providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting through one of the following methods, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from RDD Software:

• Providing verbal or written consent during employee onboarding
• Texting a designated keyword (e.g., “START” or “JOIN”) to our designated number

Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of employment or purchasing any goods or services from RDD Software.

5.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Recurring messages may be sent for ongoing service notifications.

5.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable fees. RDD Software is not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

5.5 Opting Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To opt out, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

5.6 Help and Support

If you experience issues with our messaging program, reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at info@rddsoftware.com. Our support team will respond within one business day.

5.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS service is supported on all major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliated carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5.8 Privacy of Mobile Information

Your mobile phone number and any information collected through our SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
